A healthy body is the foundation for a life without limitations. Whether consciously or unconsciously, people all too often submit to a life where their wants, their desires, and even their essential daily activities become compromised due to their fitness. Cornerstone Fitness aims to get rid of that mentality to help you live the life you were meant to live. To "train" is to introduce a new skill to your brain and practice it until you can perform it perfectly. You can walk into any large gym and find a group of employees with the job title of "trainer" whose job it is to teach the gym's clients how to perform exercise moves. Training certainly is a big part of what I do, but I much prefer the term "coach".  Coaches come alongside people and help them unlock their true potential. Whether you're a seasoned athlete, or you don't even know what a deadlift is, I'll meet you wherever you are and walk beside you as you progress towards your fitness goals. With me, you'll walk out of every session feeling unstoppable.
